Director of Operational Excellence / Lean Operations Leader
Are you passionate about transforming healthcare operations? As the Director of Operational Excellence, you'll lead the charge in optimizing processes within the pharmaceutical and healthcare support services industry.

This role will be ONSITE Clark County, IN.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and facilitating process improvement projects using Lean methodologies specific to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- Developing and implementing operational excellence strategies aligned with healthcare business goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose industry-specific solutions.
- Managing internal and external audits within a healthcare context to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the deployment and management of operational documents and reporting systems focused on patient support.
About You
- Expertise in Lean methodologies and process optimization within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in patient support services or specialty pharmacy is strongly preferred.
- Adaptable to new technologies and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency in healthcare.
