An excellent client in Ft Lauderdale is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney . The Junior Associate Attorney will join a growing practice and work in the area of Community Association Law.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of experience in Community Association Law is preferred.
- MUST have a litigation background.
- Draft and review the governing documents that govern the operation of the association.
- Prepare research memoranda.
- Draft discovery documents and correspondence.
- Work with a variety of individuals in the HOA.
- Assist with educating new community members, corporate governance, enforcement of the governing rules.
- College degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required.
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Must communicate effectively.
