About the Role
The Financial Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in improving our financial operations. Beyond maintaining and improving Workday Adaptive Planning, this position will be instrumental in driving finance transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Business Technology Enterprise Applications team.
This role demands a versatile individual capable of both critical thinking and hands-on execution. You'll provide crucial project management and technical guidance, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives.
Additionally, your analytical skills will be crucial in responding to reporting and analytics requests, optimizing processes, and handling integrations.
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you'll be a trusted partner to the finance team, working closely with the Manager of Finance Enablement.

Responsibilities :
Evaluate business processes and develop process improvements with focus on optimizing use of Adaptive Planning.
Work closely with Finance to understand functional requirements and implement them through successful implementation and testing.
Capture, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
Manage transformational projects end to end; ensures coverage of all facets of design, build, test and deployment aligned to a successful end-user experience.
Provide guidance to Finance team members, Workday managers and employees on the use of financial systems.
Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
Advise Finance leadership on Adaptive modeling and reporting best practices and industry standards.
Ad-hoc financial analysis and report development projects.
About You
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area.
Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience working with financial planning systems, particularly in Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion or other.
Hands-on experience maintaining and supporting complex planning and consolidation models.
Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Other Qualifications :
Solid understanding of data integration between systems and / or experience working with IT.
Knowledge of ERP and Financial Planning software and ability to operate as the Subject Matter Professional on Financial Systems.
Solid understanding of Finance, Payroll and HR business processes and their interdependencies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex information into working Adaptive models.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
