    The Role

    As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting the product vision and strategy for our SaaS products aligning them with the company's long-term goals.

    You'll be part of the product management team through the project lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our SaaS products not only align with technological advancements but also deliver exceptional value within the company.

    This role will take a primary support role in supporting the Hubspot SaaS product at Elevo, with the plan to build a portfolio in other SaaS products as company needs arise.

    There will be a strong emphasis on platform configuration to ensure usability and process implementation. This role will report directly to the Associate Director of Technology (interim) and future report to the Lead Product Manager.

    Responsibilities :

    • Support the development of technology roadmaps with capacity analysis for project execution.
    • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch within budget, scope, and timelines.
    • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
    • Responsible for configuring and optimizing HubSpot's suite of tools (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub), including setting up workflows, managing integrations with other software, customizing dashboards and reports, and ensuring that the platform is tailored to meet organizational needs.
    • Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure products meet stakeholder demands.
    • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business and customer impact.
    • Foster vendor relationships to secure necessary resources and ensure deliverables are met.
    • Facilitate change management and user adoption for product releases.
    • Work with Technology leaders to develop proposals for resources needed to complete project(s) within a planned time frame.
    • Recommend and implement actions when and where projects fall behind schedule.
    • Lead regular reporting on project progress to stakeholders and leaders.
    • Contribute to a cohesive team that works well together and supports one another.
    • Efficiently utilize team resources, including time, budget, and skills.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Requirements :

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Product Management role.
    • Must have led multiple projects with significant levels of complexity.
    • Experience using project management software.
    • Ability to manage scope and resources to a budget.
    • Experience using agile methodologies.
    • Change management and communication experience.

    Preferred :

    • Knowledge of SaaS products including CRM platforms (HubSpot).
    • Knowledge of other SaaS products such as Paradox, Microsoft, Asana, ADP, and Quinyx.
    • Prior experience leading and driving multiple technology products at one time.

    This position's target annual base pay range is $75,000 - $90,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
