Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading staff.
This individual must be well-versed in all aspects of floor management and must be ready and willing to jump in and assist in any role at any time.

Restaurant Manager Requirements
- Must have 4-5 years of experience as a Manager in a high-volume restaurant ($5+ Million)
- Must have Upscale Casual or Fine Dining background
- High-level organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong tenures preferred
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems (Toast, SevenRooms, and OpenTable preferred)
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained
- Responsible for all controllable costs including labor, food, beverage and supplies
- Assisting with any and all floor positions when needed, including but not limited to, bar and expo
- Making people feel welcome and comfortable treat every guest, employee, and vendor with respect
