What the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for :
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will check and approve all vouchers for payment
- Data entry of all payments into their ERP system
- Coding all invoices and matching them to their orders
- Occasional vendor relations for any discrepancies
Experienced needed for the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- A degree in accounting or finance is not required but is a plus
