Theater Posture Plans Analyst, Senior

As a Theater Posture Planner, you’ll bring your strategic and analytical expertise to identify and advocate for the forces, footprints, and agreements necessary for the fulfillment of the client’s future mission.

You’ll use your skills and expertise to integrate Service Components and Joint initiatives to develop a synchronized concept for theater posture and coordinate directly with higher DoD and the Joint Staff on theater posture efforts.

You will coordinate with foreign planners to identify requirements, identify the optimum use of assets, and integrate U.

S. and foreign posture planning. Work with us to develop theater posture initiatives and integrate them into theater-level operational plans and products.

You Have :

5+ years of experience with working at a DoD Major Command Headquarters level or higher

5+ years of experience with strategy, planning, or policy

Experience in working with planning or the Joint Staff

Experience with working in the INDOPACOM AOR

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs

Knowledge of Force Posture Planning Concepts, including Forces, Footprints, and Agreements

Ability to manage and lead operational planning teams

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Agile Combat Employment (ACE)

Experience with Combatant Command Theater Posture Plans

Experience with Air Force Indo-Pacific Posture Initiatives and Priorities

Experience with project or program management

Ability to work collaboratively with other services and foreign governments and militaries

Ability to create verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations, plans, and orders

Ability to present high-level program initiatives at the Major Service Component and Combatant Command levels

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
