The World Wide Grocery Tech is playing a very important part in the success of the business strategy of the Grocery stores business.
This team is focused on creating world class grocery tech solutions across our different grocery brands- Amazon Fresh, Amazon Go and Whole Food Market.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HR team and drive the people agenda for the grocery tech organization.
Key job responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting multiple L8 leaders and their teams and is critical in building and executing our people initiatives providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence.
This person will need to understand what it takes to move a successful, rapidly growing organization from good to great.
We’re looking for a someone who is inherently curious, thinks big, and is comfortable taking calculated risks and implementing innovative solutions.
An unrelenting focus on the customer and employee experience, a proven ability to invent and simplify, a bias for action and the capability to think big will be requirements for success of this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of HR leadership experience within a rapidly scaling tech organization
- HRBP leadership supporting tech and robotics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create the right people metrics and implement solutions to drive positive change
- High judgment, bias for action, and demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Possess a mix of intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and pragmatism
- Ability to identify issues and root cause; willingness to dive deep into details
- Ability to achieve results and earn the trust of business leaders
