Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is working with a hospital in Louisville, Kentucky to hire Oncology RNs. For more than 30 years, we’ve specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.

Oncology RN Contract Details :

  • $1,836 $2,029 per week*
  • AM shift available
  • 13-week contract with possibility to extend
  • Basic duties include : assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, and administering cancer treatments
  • The RN will be responsible for managing the side effects of cancer treatments and helping patients manage pain
  • The Nurse will be responsible for explaining the treatment to the patient, being a source of information as well as emotional support
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :

  • Current Kentucky Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
