Responsibilities :
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Utilize sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling plumbing services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions.
- Generate accurate estimates and quotes for plumbing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate estimates.
- Valid plumbing license and driver's license.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
