Position Summary : Aetna Resources, LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI : Sr. Manager, Project Program Management to Responsible for project management to ensure digitization, presentment, and digital adoption of transactional member communications.

• Duties include : Implement project and / or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress; identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and / or existing products, services, and workflows based on broad view of the organization;
• collaborate and partner with other functional managers and other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed;
• influence change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and systems / quality / services; support enterprise member preference application oversight and manage change process and ensure compliance;
• analyze NPS customer satisfaction software data to advise and show findings of the member preference application to ensure success of the web presentment project;
• work with business stakeholders to deliver and keep business standards and meet defined goals; build financial case and obtain financial backing for strategic programs, responsible for all aspects of project / program budget;

and create and manage implementation tools and identify key milestones / tasks; monitor and execute key deliverables to all stakeholders.

Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. - Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology Management, Management, or a related field and one (1) year of postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.

• Also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following : Building and implementing strategic business plans; New product development and project management processes to bring new capabilities from definition through development, testing, and launch;
• identifying risks and technical dependencies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams; Software development lifecycle;
• Drafting, editing, and submitting budget proposals and make recommendations; Tracking projects and programs on-time within budget;

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); and Microsoft Projects, ServiceNow, SmartSheet, and Lucid Chart. Pay Range : $67900.

00 / year to $146400.00 / year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
