Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) has an excellent opportunity for Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join us as we continue to grow! Commercial Refrigeration Technicians work closely with clients in the Retail Refrigeration Industry as well as colleagues on his / her team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Install HVAC / R systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures. Ensure systems are installed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC / R systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC / R systems.
Replace defective components and parts as necessary. Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper operation. Identify and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Verify system functionality and performance after installation and repair Qualifications & Requirements : Have clean Driving Record Own and carry all tools required for installation Within 6 months of hire pass CFC certification.
