Responsibilities of Tax Manager :
- Lead and Develop : Manage and mentor a team of 7 professionals.
- Drive Growth : Play a key role in the firm's expansion and success.
- Review Expertise : Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Qualifications for the Tax Manager :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA certification or eligibility.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in tax preparation, including team leadership experience.
Salary :
Compensation Range : $120,000 to $165,000 + Bonus
