Epic TravelStaffing is hiring a Travel RN - Hospice
Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, will work every weekend
Length : 13 weeks
Weekend rotations are every 4th weekend with a set day off / before after
Call Requirements : Our on-call shifts are rotated during the week and on the weekends. Weekday on-call would start at 5PM and end at 8am.
Occasionally, there are prn visits that are needed overnight, but these are rare as the nursing supervisor is able to triage and direct patients over the phone.
Weekends begin Friday at 5PM through Monday at 8am. All of the on-call requirements are rotated through all staff nurses.
This is estimated at 1x / week and 1 weekend / per month
Requirements :Patient Ratios : Case Manage 14-18 patients (based on acuity) with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day. RNs should be able to see 5-6 patients per day or 5-6 units per day.
Minimum Productivity is 25 units per week. SOC 2 units; Recert 1 unit; DC 1 unit.
