Position : Accounting Assistant
Work Hours : 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am-5 pm PST, Monday to Friday
Holidays : US Holidays
Salary : 800-1500 USD per month (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)

Looking to get into the finance field? An accounting assistant position is a great place to start. This entry-level job offers a chance to get experience with the basics of bookkeeping & collections.
This position is a full-time position in a friendly fast paced company.
The candidate will have solid attention to detail, the ability to think independently and recommend solutions as needed.
Our company requires a high degree of professionalism and customer service with excellent communication skills. Candidates must maintain a high level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with AR collections; make phone calls as well as send emails
Maintain basic financial records
Provide timely information to customers regarding their financial interactions with the company.
Basic administrative & office tasks, such as data entry, scanning & emailing
Assist with credit checks
Emailing invoices and credits to customers
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
At least a year of relevant experience.
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems diplomatically.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other computer applications
Good English communication skills
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Higher education would be great but not necessary.
