Account Executive - $75k ($150k OTE)

Location : Remote from an office perspective but clients to meet in Orange County, need to be commutable

Sector : SaaS / Legal technology

We are working with a fast-growing SaaS provider that specializes in cutting-edge legal technology solutions. As an Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving company growth by building strong client relationships with law firms and legal professionals, empowering them to increase efficiency using our client’s innovative software.

With a focus on excellence and collaboration, this role offers you the chance to shape success from the ground up.

The Account Executive will :

  • Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Engage and represent the company at key industry events (6+ times annually).
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to identify and solve client challenges.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and first-time order placements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive results.

Essential Skills :

  • 2-3 years of experience as a B2B Account Executive, selling software solutions.
  • Prior experience in legal sales is essential; legal technology sales preferred, selling to law practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Skilled communicator and presenter, with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
