About the Role
As a Sonic Drive-In Team Member, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive delicious food and drinks.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from taking orders to preparing food and providing carhop service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service : Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Food Preparation : Prepare and cook food items according to Sonic standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Carhop Service : Deliver food and drinks to guests at their cars using our iconic carhop system.
Cashier Duties : Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns.
Cleaning and Maintenance : Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Positive and energetic attitude
Experience in food service is preferred but not required
