Job Description :
As a Bilingual Receptionist you will be the first point ofcontact for our clients and visitors. You will play a key role increating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficientlymanaging front desk operations.
Your ability to communicatefluently in English and Spanish will be essential in providingoutstanding service to our diverse clientele.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in acourteous and professional manner.
- Answerscreen and direct phone calls and emails in both English andSpanish.
- Schedule and coordinate appointmentsand meetings.
- Manage and maintain the frontdesk area ensuring it is tidy andwelcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mailand packages.
- Provide general administrativesupport including data entry filing and documentmanagement.
- Assist with translation andinterpretation as needed.
- Maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written andspoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent;additional certification in office administration is aplus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or ina similar role.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook).
- Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.

Salary : $17.00 $18.00 an hour (3 monthperiod)
