SR Project Analyst
Position Summary :
- Support the implementation of initiatives focused on delivering strategic value
- Leverage analytical skills to support metrics development and performance measurement
- Translate strategic information and complex data analyses into executive-level plans and presentations
- Build skills in project management, process improvement, and organizational change
- Translate quantitative and qualitative concepts into complex business models and key performance indicators
- Apply administrative, clinical, financial, market, and demographic data for data-driven improvement initiatives
- Design and execute quantitative analyses to enable informed decision-making and drive performance improvement insights
- Conduct independent analysis, including data collection, identifying data integrity risks, and developing action plans
- Conduct external / internal research on new concepts and subject matter
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations
- Support process optimization exercises based on Continuous Improvement principles
- Apply quality management tools to minimize waste, decrease errors, increase efficiency, and improve patient and caregiver experience
- Present analyses and insights to project leadership
- Review key performance indicators and create variance reports
- Recommend improvements based on findings
- Build skills in the OVM project management methodology and lead smaller projects
- Build and maintain an internal network for information support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of various data types and business performance metrics
- Financial analysis and modeling experience
- Experience in data gathering and business analysis
- Experience collaborating with colleagues from different parts of an organization
Preferred Skills & Experience :
- Degree / training in industrial engineering, finance, or business
- Previous experience in performance / process improvement projects
- Experience managing healthcare-related projects
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific data and systems
Education :
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred certifications : Project Management Institute certification, Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
