About the Position :

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
• Conduct cost analysis throughout the project in order to determine estimates to complete and / or additional funding requirements.
• Address questions, concerns, and / or complaints throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) : Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 10+ years of experience working in a refinery or chemical plant and / or with a consulting firm representing similar industries

Physical Requirements :

• Extended periods of desk work, including sitting and computer usage.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
