Job Duties
include :
This position is responsible for ensuring the facility is kept clean by dusting, mopping, sweeping, damp / wet mopping, polishing, scrubbing, vacuuming, trash removal and for the removal of bio-hazard waste.
Workers are responsible for keeping their assigned areas clean and attractive; promoting sanitary conditions to prevent the spread of infection, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Staff members are responsible for completing their daily routine however, each staff member is cross-trained in all other areas of Environmental Services and can be asked to perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience in housekeeping services required.
Additional Considerations
Experience working in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred.
Experience stripping and waxing floors, extracting and bonnet cleaning of carpets.
