Position Summary
Zone Facility Technician IV will successfully complete Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades : HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical.
Zone Facility Technician IV will be capable of performing the diagnostic testing and analysis of systems referenced above and makes repairs necessary for normal operation.

4) Ability to communicate with campus customers and Technicians.
5) Ability to guide others in regard to necessary steps taken to repair and install a variety of equipment.
6) Knowledge and application of a variety of city, state, and federal regulations.
