Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms / apartments, bathrooms and kitchens in a timely manner.
• Cleans hallways and elevator lobbies.
• Vacuums and dusts.
• Maintains laundry storage area in building.
• Works with weekly laundry service pickups and deliveries
• Changes linens
• Maintains electronic lock system
• Prepares rooms / apartments for arriving guests.
• Completes and submits worksheets as needed.
• Updates lodging software
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and / or Work Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well independently.
• Communicates effectively and efficiently.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to perform all assigned tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours; evening and / or weekend work may be required.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to provide high quality customer service.
• Hospitality and service to our clients is the main goal at the Loyola University Chicago Conference Services.
• Demonstrated history of attendance and punctuality.
