The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in the area of medical dermatology.

The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.

Required : Bachelor DegreePharmaceutical and / or Medical Device sales experienceStrong communication skills and business acumenAbility to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver resultsValid driver’s licensePreferred : 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experienceExperience selling products in a complex Market Access environmentExperience promoting high-science productsProduct launch experienceExperience selling in a highly competitive environmentPERSONAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES : This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals.

This individual should be highly motivated and highly professional. Capable of building trust with their matrix team and transparent, ethical and compliant in all their activities.

They should be proficient at selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY : Reports directly to the Regional Sales ManagerResponsible for the understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reportsResponsible for timely call reporting and expense reportingResponsible for managing promotional budgets within their territoryResponsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals SUPERVISION RECEIVED : Reports to Regional Sales ManagerINTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS : Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company.
