Seeking a Sales Manager focused on empowering bankers to drive new loans efficiently and effectively. Dynamic loan officer assistants provide meticulously prepared, credit-qualified applications and customer documentation to support bankers in pursuing deals aggressively.
The Sales Manager will lead a team of 12 Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and 8-10 Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) with a target of achieving 100 fundings or more monthly.
Demonstrated expertise in all business areas, including Cash-out and Streamlines, and the ability to sell loans in a cost-effective manner is essential.
Compensation :
$150,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage an active pipeline of 200-300 loans monthly.
- The Sales Manager will supervise a team comprising 12 Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and 8-10 Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), with a target of achieving 100 or more funding per month.
- They must exhibit all facets of the business, including Cash-out and Streamlines, and possess the expertise to sell loans cost-effectively.
Qualifications :
- Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
- Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed / adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
- Ability to lead employees
