Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including designers and other marketing professionals.
- Develop and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Explore and implement new marketing channels and opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Utilize creativity to develop unique marketing ideas and innovative campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on online advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in email and SMS marketing.
- Experience in managing a team and developing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
