About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and committed Project Manager for a contract-to-hire position. Your role will involve a blend of project management and client interaction, where you will drive project execution while fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of projects in line with company and client objectives.
- Developing robust project plans and managing any changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Actively engaging with clients, maintaining open lines of communication, and continually updating them on project status.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding and anticipating client needs and proactively looking for solutions.
- Assessing potential project risks and devising installation strategies.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and project budgets are maintained.
- Reporting on project progress, outcomes, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the low voltage industry.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role; excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
