Roofing Foreman Shift : 40 Hours per week M-F (Brooklyn Park, MN)
Roofing Foreman Job Overview : The Roofing Foreman will oversee the service department. They will provide project supervision and coordination, ensuring safe, timely and budget-compliant completion.
Roofing Foreman Key Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years roofing experience, preferably with proven experience as a commercial roofing foreman
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong leadership and construction process expertise
- Familiarity with roofing software, FCS and Data Forms, preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Its a physical job, need to lift up to 50lbs
- 50% of time in office, 50% in field, on roofs
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Roofing Foreman
Roofing Foreman Key Responsibilities :
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and crews for efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timeliness. Monitor project progress, adjust as needed
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance. Implement OSHA standards on job sites, maintain project records
- Its a physical job, need to lift up to 50lbs
- 50% of time in office, 50% in field, on roofs
