As a Lane Greeter, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers into our service lane and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the service lane, answering inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate service personnel.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds, noting any existing damage and recording essential vehicle information.
- Manage traffic flow and parking within the service lane efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the service lane area.
- Always uphold a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Support customers with loaner vehicles as needed.
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices and speed policies.
Position Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Attention to detail in recording and maintaining vehicle information.
- Ability to present a professional appearance consistently.
