Job Title : Industrial Material CleanerStarting Salary : $13 / hrOlsten Staffing is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a well-established company in the Florence / Darlington area.

If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!Job Description : The Cleaner will use hand tools to clean and assemble a variety of aluminum and steel hardware products.

This position is crucial for maintaining production flow and ensuring that promised ship dates are met. The ideal candidate will leverage past project knowledge to solve problems, assist others, and train new employees effectively.

Note : Management reserves the right to modify or revise this job description as business needs change.Primary Job Responsibilities : Remove excess material from products using sanders, grinders, or other tools.

Clean and polish items to enhance appearance and durability.Inspect products for defects or imperfections, reporting issues to supervisors.

Package finished products according to specific instructions and quality standards.Operate machinery and equipment for finishing tasks.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production quotas.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all company policies and procedures.

Use basic hand tools effectively.Follow instructions accurately.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Environment & Working Conditions : Ability to work in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Facility is not temperature-controlled (exposed to heat and cold).Physical Demands : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Capability to work scheduled shifts.

Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp, walk, twist, and stand for up to 12 hours per day, up to six days a week.Must be able to work at heights exceeding 6 feet as required.

Willingness to work overtime on short notice.Skills / Qualifications Required : High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Ability to operate machinery and equipment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Punctual and reliable.Ability to read a tape measure accurately in one-inch increments.
