We are rapidly growing and in search of a qualified and compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and RNs (Registered Nurses) to join our Assisted Living / Home Health Care team.
The ideal candidate will be clinically competent, compassionate and committed, with a special interest in serving the elderly.
The RN / LPN will be responsible for providing care to residents according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care, under the general supervision of the Assisted Living Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Care for senior population requiring Assisted Living health care services.
- Provide resident care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Educate and update residents on medical treatments
Qualifications :
- Current license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the State of Minnesota
- CPR certification is required
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
