As the Manufacturing Plant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing plant operations, ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and safety.
You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve production goals, drive continuous improvement, and uphold our commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and achieve operational targets
- Manage day-to-day operations, including production schedules, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, technicians, and other manufacturing professionals
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
