About The Position
Job Title : MRI Technician Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - MRI Tech Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year required;
first-time travelers welcome License : Valid MRI license required; pending licenses acceptable Certifications : BLS, ARRT Must-Have : Ability to float to like units as needed Job Description : Perform MRI scans efficiently and accurately while ensuring patient safety.
- Welcome and assist first-time travelers in the unit.- Ability to float to related units within scope as per facility requirements.
- Participate in brief orientation on the unit and complete modules onsite during orientation.- Record modules via transcripts for billing purposes.
- Maintain certifications and licenses as required.- Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements, if specified. Additional Information : Modules are billable and are completed during orientation.
