EDUCATION : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program
SUMMARY : Assists surgeons and RN's with surgical equipment and instrumentation during procedures in the Operating Room
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : 1 year of Surgical Tech experience
Ophthalmology experience
JOB DUTIES :
- Assists surgeons and RN's during procedures by providing proper surgical instruments
- Cleans and sterilizes operating rooms after procedures and prepares room for procedures
- Stocks operating rooms with supplies and equipment
