Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth and increase company revenue.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand the company's market presence and brand recognition.
- Open new markets and explore new geographical areas.
- Recommend new products and services; establish strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate partnerships with local and international consultants.
- Write proposals and lead efforts to increase successful bids.
- Maintain and enhance marketing materials to align with business needs.
- Guide long-term strategic objectives to meet market demands.
- Lead client-relationship management.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals.
- Provide strategic advice to the board and shareholders on company direction.
- Prepare business plans focused on cost-effective operations and market growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, partners, and authorities.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and ventures.
- Delegate responsibilities to executives and motivate the team to maximize performance.
- Act as the principal lead for all ongoing projects.
- Manage design and supervision teams to meet project delivery expectations.
- Ensure operational efficiency and streamline payment collections.
- Report directly to the Chairman of the Board on financial performance and profitability.
