Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, motivated by delivering high level service and support?

Core Responsibilities
- Proactive support daily management duties e.g. calendar management, reporting, travel booking, visa application, event planning
- Manage the AMS SCO meeting agendas
- Attend LT meetings, responsible for note taking, capturing actions and following up accordingly
- Contributor to strengthen collaboration and partner management towards relevant partners
- Detailed planning and coordination of meetings, workshops and seminars.
- Ad hoc project coordination in support of leadership team
- Responsible for the year calendar for the VP and the AMS SCO Leadership team (Town Halls, regular meetings, seminars, collaboration meetings)
- Supports Global Core Processes (people, finance and comms plan)
- Coordinate / organize team social activities

Do you have what it takes?
- Efficient Task Management and Coordination
- 3-5 years' experience in general office supporting and managing role.
- 1-2 years Basic knowledge and experience in providing leadership and management support.
- 1-2 years Basic knowledge and experience of project management
- Experienced user of Microsoft Products, IT platforms and Apps
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize own work.
- Being used to working with a diverse group of partners
Additional details on this position
This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Street in Boston, MA, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025.

The salary for this position has a range of based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
