Position Summary
Creates and analyses financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions.
What will your job entail?
- Prepare accurate key deliverables, including monthly variance analyses, annual financial budgets, interim forecast updates, and other ad hoc analyses.
- Provide timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify emerging issues.
- Drive conversations with leadership to understand business implications of current trends.
- Use analysis to influence and drive action within RSUM by using fact-based, holistic, and forward-looking perspectives.
- Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates.
- Implement and maintain multiple data sources for reporting purposes.
- Conduct due diligence, market research and industry analysis related to future M&A and current MGUs.
- Evaluate the performance of acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other investments to draw insights into value drivers.

The target salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $97,125.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
