job purpose : The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for executing and driving the established HR administration processes and procedures.

This newly created role will also support the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Total Rewards Manager in other day-to-day activities.

responsibilities :

  • Accurately update, maintain, and optimize the HRIS information within ADP including processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, reporting changes and other HR changes.
  • Maintain employee documents and records in cloud-based e-filing system.
  • Assist in hourly job postings and recruiting
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with audits to include I-9 audits, benefit audits, EEO, and other compliance reviews.
  • Assist in the coordination of summer internship logistics.
  • Assist with Performance Management system and process creation.
  • Assist HR Team with note taking and documentation during important meetings including exit interviews, performance calibration, employee investigations, and other meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs.
  • Maintain Human Resources communication boards and information sections.
  • Responsible for the coordination of employee and special events.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes, data feeds, and coordinate wellness initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

skills / qualifications required :

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Human Resources, or combined education and work experience, required.
  • 1-3 years' experience performing HR Administration, required.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP).
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment .
