Position Summary : The Assistant Brand Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the brand strategy, development, and execution of marketing plans for Enesco LLC.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, market share, and consumer engagement.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to develop skills in brand management, market analysis, and campaign execution.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of annual brand plans that include brand positioning, messaging and marketing objectives.
- Analyze historical product launch data, brand sales performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity.
- Identify new product concepts & opportunities and collaborate with the product development team to manage the new product introduction process ensuring timeline and launch goals are met.
- Manage the lifecycle of all brands and products assigned with a focus on growth & profitability.
- Evaluate product / category portfolio and advise on changes (updates, additions and deletions) to the overall portfolio.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making.
- Support selling efforts as a brand ambassador for shows, events, promotions and dedicated sales calls as well as webinar training sessions for each new launch.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B platforms. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Support cross-functional teams in the development of in-store promotions, trade marketing materials, and e-commerce strategies.
Experience, Competencies, and Education :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions, make recommendations and present ideas to management.
- Innovation and the ability to envision new programs, processes and products is strongly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fundamentals of computer skills.
