Academic Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and assisting incoming students along with reception tasks as needed
- Assisting in preparing study hall through monitor and coordination for coaches
- Documents the ongoing activities and programs in the institute
- Other responsibilities include handling phones, clerical duties and some data entry
- Assist in screening and selecting faculty applications
- Coordinate various faculty searches and maintain faculty search database
Academic Coordinator Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in other MS Office programs : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
