We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Junior Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies for Retail Reinvented and our client accounts.
You will be working directly with the CEO and with the Marketing team to create content, acquire targeted site traffic, and deliver directly attributed ROAS along with other KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for multiple brands
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as SocialPilot
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
- Build a social media team with channel specializations
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategists using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs
- MUST have strong technical skills and be capable of working indepedently to learn and adopt new systems, optimize campaigns and work with the technical project manager to achieve department goals
