Join Us : CDL Class A OTR Driver (3+ Months Experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Position Summary :
- Schedule : 12 days on the road, 2 full days off every other weekend.
- Routes : Over-the-road (OTR) across 48 states, primarily east of I-35. Routes may vary based on freight.
- Mileage : 2,000 2,200 miles / week (subject to HOS and load availability).
- Freight : No-touch freight for your convenience.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No mandatory NYC or borough deliveries.
Trucks & Support :
- Fleet : Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths (2021+).
- Support : 24 / 7 driver assistance for peace of mind.
Pay Structure :
- 0-5 Months : $0.57 per mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 per mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 per mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 per mile
- 10+ Years : $0.64 per mile
Additional Benefits :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus : Earn an extra 3¢ per mile (based on performance, starting after the first month).
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days.
Rider & Pet Policies :
- Riders : Must be 10+ years old, or under 18 with legal guardian consent.
- Pets : 1 dog or 1 cat (max weight 80 lbs). No aggressive breeds allowed.
