Key Responsibilities :

Creative Formulation :

• Whip up magical new candy and beverage formulations that are as delicious as they are healthy.
• Play with a variety of ingredients like adaptogens, nootropics, vitamins, supplements, exotics, hemp products

Research and Innovation :

• Dive into the latest trends and ingredients in the health and wellness universe to keep our products cutting-edge.
• Gather and analyze data to refine and perfect our product offerings.

Sample Wizardry :

• Conjure up product samples for internal testing, regulatory approval, and customer delight.
• Ensure every sample meets our high standards of quality and compliance.

Regulatory Mastery :

• Navigate the complex world of regulations and GMP standards to keep our products safe and legal.
• Keep meticulous records of your magical formulation processes and experimental results.

Team Collaboration :

• Team up with production, marketing, and quality assurance to bring your creations to life.
• Provide your expert knowledge to help other departments succeed.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Keep detailed records of all your formulation adventures and results.
• Share your findings in clear and engaging reports.

Requirements : Education :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Bonus points for advanced degrees!

Experience :

• Proven experience in product formulation, especially in the candy or beverage industry.
• Hands-on experience with cannabis, adaptogens, nootropics, and other active ingredients is a big plus.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills :

• Deep knowledge of food science principles and formulation techniques.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with lab equipment and data analysis software.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus) preferred
• Proven experience in product formulation, especially within the candy or beverage industry
• Hands-on experience with active ingredients such as cannabis, adaptogens, nootropics, and supplements
• Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector
• Strong knowledge of food science principles and formulation techniques
• Proficient in using lab equipment and data analysis software
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for research, product development, and reporting
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and documentation
