- Organizar y supervisor una plantilla de colaboradores.
- Mantener la limpieza de la cocina en línea.
- Responsable de la limpieza y de las medidas higiénicas, así como de los enseres que se utilizan en los montajes, en el caso de los banquetes, responsable en coordinar junto con el chef de Banquetes de las decoraciones y presentación de los montajes de buffet, de la limpieza y ordenamiento de los equipos de cocina del banquete.
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Organizado - Conocimiento del puesto - Organizado - Tener conocimiento de productos de limpieza.
