We are in search of a diligent Accountant to join our client's team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the timely completion of accounting activities in various accounting disciplines
- Ensure all work products and reports are GAAP compliant
- Review, analyze, and explain financial reports to assist management in making informed decisions
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to achieve accounting objectives and company goals
- Play a key role in leading the close reporting process and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts for necessary action
- Use Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for various accounting tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in making Journal Entries
- Ability to prepare Financial Statements
- Experience in Account Reconciliation tasks
- Knowledge of ERP software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
