The Enrollment Team Lead reports to the Director of Clinical Services and is responsible for overseeing and providing clinical supervision for the enrollment team as they enroll individuals into Texas Resilience and Recovery (TRR) services.
The Enrollment Team Lead will provide brief diagnostic assessments and Mental Status Exams. The Enrollment Team Lead also provides clinical review of requests for services in an effort to triage those with the highest need to an enrollment specialist with priority.
Office hours are M-F 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, and extended hours one day a week; however, the position must have flexible hours to accommodate individuals who cannot meet between 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm.
The position requires the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
You will get to :
- Directly supervises the enrollment team including enrollment specialists and the enrollment coordinator.
- Completes brief diagnostic assessments.
- Administers Mental Status Exams.
- Reviews requests for services and identifies those eligible for triage to the front due to high clinical need.
- Coordinate with the enrollment coordinator and enrollment specialists.
- Coordinate with the Care Navigation team and Director of Care Navigation to ensure continuity and procedural clarity.
- Review new enrollments on a weekly basis to assist with closing the loop, ensuring they are connected to routine services in the clinic with an assigned Care Coordinator.
- Must provide collaborative documentation at least 95% of the time or no later than 24 hours after delivery of service.
- Monitor performance of enrollment specialists and provide coaching as necessary to support the achievement of assigned performance targets.
