We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our corporate office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting healthy eating habits and providing personalized nutrition plans to residents across 8 nursing home facilities within Georgia.
- Duties*
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments
- Provide nutritional counseling and health coaching to patients
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine nutritional needs
- Collaborate with dietary operations staff to ensure optimal patient care outcomes
- Utilize dietetics knowledge to address patient needs effectively
- Qualifications*
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian
- Proficiency in patient assessment and dietary analysis
- Experience in creating and implementing nutritional interventions
- Strong understanding of health systems and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
