Clinical Positions in Palliative Care 2024-2025

The UCLA Palliative Care Program has openings for full-time outpatient or inpatient Palliative Care physicians serving the Greater Los Angeles area, including Westwood, Santa Monica, Westlake Village, Santa Clarita, and the South Bay.
Successful candidates will be part of an innovative care model with collaboration with Primary Care, Extensivist Medicine, and Hematology-Oncology.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and clinical skills, and will have opportunities for teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.
Positions include outpatient clinical service and home palliative medicine visits, and may include some weeks attending on the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and UCLA Santa Monica Hospital consult services.
The successful applicant will enjoy a full-time faculty appointment in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
An M.D. or D.O. is required. A California medical license is required. Candidate must be board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
