Event and Field Marketing Manager

What You'll Do :

  • Spearhead Aisera's event (trade shows) strategy including but not limited to : identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
  • Drive customer acquisition strategy through CABs and Field events in partnership with Sales and Marketing
  • Own and develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events
  • Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team
  • Create and develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs at scale across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner events
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics
  • Interact with key decision makers and account-holders
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down

What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to articulate value propositions differently according to industry and customer needs
  • 5+ years of related events marketing experience in the B2B space (ex. AWS, Google Cloud Next, Salesforce, Gen AI Summits, Atlassian, ServiceNow, Cisco) and Analyst Events (Forrester & Gartner)
  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Demonstrable proficiency in SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, and website authoring tools (, WordPress)
  • Strong organizational skills : This would include excellent project management skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency of G-Suite (Docs, Sheets and Sheets) and Office 365
  • Role requires to work from the Palo Alto Office 5x days a week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends

Travel Requirements :

This role will involve 25-50% domestic / international travel required
