The role of the Breader is to support the kitchen team. The Breader controls the flow of food by assessing the traffic, monitoring our Lean System and effectively communicating with kitchen team members on current needs.
The Breader is directly responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace to prepare excellent fresh and delicious products and to avoid any cross contamination for our guests.
This role is vital to of our daily operation and ensures that we consistently prepare the highest quality food that is expected.
A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail who can keep the kitchen tidy and clean all while preparing, cooking, and arranging food together with the rest of our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities :
- Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
- Properly label, rotate and maintain temperature controls of all Raw products
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized Raw area.
- Preparing workstations for cooking.
- Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Checking the quality of the ingredients.
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and protocols
- Ensure that products are prepared consistent with our brand and standard of excellence
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
- Ability to multi-task and act quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to vocalize and communicate well with others
- Able to work Closing Shifts / Saturdays
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age upon hire date
- Dependable
- Servant Spirit with a strong sense of stewardship
- Honesty / Integrity
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
- Prior restaurant experience (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Prior skills in operating kitchen equipment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to respond to changes quickly
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace, noisy environment
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Serve Safe Certificate a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
